ERB Industries, Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience supporting a national sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, knowledge of manufacturing operations, and experience supporting both Sales Teams and customer order support. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments and team members at all levels of the organization, along with strong organizational skills.

 

Being multilingual in Spanish and French (primarily Spanish) would be a plus, but the other requirements are pertinent. I have multiple openings and at least 2 of the five need to be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and work directly with Sales Managers and customers.
  • Have strong attention to detail, working quickly and efficiently, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Follow processes and procedures.
  • Support Sales Managers in their territories with customer orders.
  • Talk and type simultaneously and accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Possess and/or be able to execute the "Key Responsibilities" listed above. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic office functions such as email, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience supporting Sales Managers with customer orders.
  • Candidates with proven sales support experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
